The Organika Restaurant is located in Tuscany, in Cortona, a city of art of Etruscan origin, but also a few kilometers from the Umbria region.
The restaurant is located a few steps from the historic center of the city in the locality of Santa Maria Nuova, named for the famous and well-known medieval church that is right next to our farm

The ideal way to reach Cortona is by car. Whether you are coming from Rome or Florence, take the A1 motorway and exit at Valdichiana. Follow the signs for Perugia, on the freeway and exit at the Cortona – San Lorenzo exit. Then follow the signs for Cortona for about 10 km.
Pass through the town of Camucia and follow the signs to get to Cortona. Going up the hill, pass the road sign that indicates the start of the city, and continue towards Torreone along the road that runs along the walls of the historic city center. Once in Piazza Mazzini, take the first street on the left towards Santa Maria Nuova.
Those arriving by train can do so via the Florence-Rome railway line stopping at the Terontola or Camucia stations or by taking the Terontola-Perugia-Assisi-Terni railway line stopping at the Terontola station.
From here a taxi can take you to our restaurant.
